Welcome to the Enchanting World of Baby Steps.

We celebrate the joy of childhood and the special bond between parents, babies and through the magic of dance. Our classes have been carefully designed to create a welcoming and stimulating environment where little ones can explore movement, music and social interaction from the first months of life.

What is it?

Baby Steps is a concept created by Catarina Amaral, graduated in Pre-School and First Cycle Education from the Escola Superior de Educação de João de Deus and graduated from Arts Educational Schools London and the American Musical Theater Academy in Musical Theatre.

Baby Steps is much more than simply moving your body to the music. It's a complete sensory experience designed to nurture babies' physical, cognitive and emotional development, while strengthening family bonds.

Classes involve a variety of fun and interactive activities, such as movement games, free dancing, exploring textures and sensory objects, all adapted to the individual needs and rhythms of each baby.

What are the benefits?

Mobility Development - We stimulate the development of mobility skills, from the first movements to the first steps, promoting coordination, balance and body awareness.
Social Interaction - Classes provide a safe and stimulating environment for babies and parents to interact with other members of the community, creating precious bonds and promoting social and emotional development.
