Description: In a true explosion of energy, this class is dedicated to all those who are passionate about the body expression of the Cuban movement in Latin Dance. Characteristics of this type of movement are the use of the trunk, in terms of undulations, rotations and contractions, as well as strong work on the pelvic girdle and arms. Many of these elements come from Rumba Negra and Afro Cubano. This class also aims to work on musicality and the sense of rhythm, along with the interpretation of movement, all enriched with the true flavor and joy of Cuba! 

CUBAN SALSA AND CASINO WHEEL: Intermediate level

Description: SALSA is a musical style that was born in the late 60s in the Latin Barrio in New York! Daughter of Cuban music, Salsa encompasses a mixture of different influences from other styles of music, such as jazz, Rock and Pop. In addition to the vibration of joy and expansion that it transmits, salsa is not just music and dance , is a symbol of the union of many cultures, traditions, experiences and emotions! And a flag under which the Cuban and Latin American people united, honored, dignified, celebrated and empowered! All of this is anchored in salsa, in its history, in its strength, simplicity, joy of life and freedom! And Cuban-style salsa, of all the styles, is the most fun!

Description: Salsa is a mixture of rhythms characterized by quaternary measures with separate and independent two-man dance movements called "Shines". It arises from the Cuban musical genre Son. With origins in New York City, it spread throughout the world until it became the global phenomenon it is today. The use of the hips, legs, waist, arms, torso and above all a lot of joy are fundamental parts of this modality.

Description: Bachata is a musical rhythm and dance originating in the Dominican Republic in the 1960s. It is considered a hybrid of the bolero (especially the rhythmic bolero) with other musical influences such as cha-chá-chá and tango. Do you want to learn to dance Bachata? Discover its origin, its basic steps and easy-to-interpret figures in our Modern Bachata classes, which merge Traditional Bachata with Sensual Bachata.
