The Ballroom Dancing modality is made up of 10 different dance styles, which are divided into two groups. 

 - Classical Dances (or Standard): English Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slowfox and Quickstep 

- Latin Dances: Samba, Cha-cha-cha, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive 

This class brings together music, rhythm, movement, relaxation and good mood. This is the recipe for our classes, promoting socialization and interaction between people, as well as their physical and psychological well-being. It is a super complete activity, it works the body and mind, improves posture, flexibility, respiratory and cardiovascular functions and is an excellent way to release daily stress.
